General Scripture Mastery Instructions
2010-2011
Students may choose to memorize the assigned verses as they are found in the King James Version, New International Version, New King James Version, or the New American Standard Version. No other versions will be accepted for these assignments. Should there be any question about the version, please check with the teacher in advance.
Each grouping of verses will be done at one sitting. You may work on a grouping at any time during the month. Please ask the instructor for a verse form on which to take the quiz. When you are done, turn the form into the teacher. The number of incorrect words will be counted, subtracted from the total number of words, then divided by the total number. This will be done monthly.
All verses must be completed by the end of the month due date or any not completed will be counted as a zero. Be sure not to procrastinate as because an absence on the last day will mean you have a zero for any unfinished verses. You will not be given any extra time.. I will send reminders as we get near the end of the month.
Make-ups for a higher grade will not be permitted. However, make-ups for the Scripture Mastery Award will be scheduled in the month of May.
If you rest your cursor on the title Scripture Mastery in the sidebar at the left, you will be given lists of the scripture mastery verses for each grade in Cyber School. Cyber School verses are not the same as the traditional Bible class's verses.
