High School Math Teacher

I have been teaching math for over 35 years, spending the last 21 years here at CCS, both as a Board member and teacher. I teach the upper levels of math, including geometry, algebra 2, advanced math, and calculus. My three children attended school here from kindergarten through grade 12. Not only did they receive great educations, but more importantly, they all love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ. Having taught previously in the public school system, I found it very frustrating not to be able to share my faith with my students. What a blessing to be able to pray together and worship together! It is also a gift to be able to watch the kids grow and mature in the Lord. When we find out later that they are serving Christ in ministry, it's just the best! One of the great advantages of working in a Christian school is that we are of one mind, one heart, and one faith. When we put God first in learning and therefore, in our teaching, great things can and do happen.
