Dear Parents,

CCS students should not leave school for medical reasons unless cleared by our school nurse.  If your child calls you during the school day from school complaining of being sick, please instruct them to see the school nurse for evaluation.  If necessary she will call to request you pick up your child.  Please do not come for your child unless he or she has been seen by the school nurse.
