CCS Home School Division

This program is designed to aid families who have chosen full time homeschooling for their children.

Students in any grade may be part of the CCS Home School Division. Under this program, Cumberland Christian School will provide the homeschooling family with the following services:

  • Grade specific curricular materials using Switched on Schoolhouse from Alpha-Omega Publications
  • Record keeping
  • Transcripts
  • CCS Home School Division Diploma upon successful completion of the high school level curriculum

CCS Part Time Student Program

This program is designed to aid homeschooling families who are interested in having their children participate in school activities and/or to take one or two classes in a traditional classroom setting. This program can be used as a bridge between full time homeschooling and full time traditional schooling.

Students in any grade may attend CCS on a part time basis. Part time students and their families must meet the same entrance requirements as their full time counterparts. Part time students come to the CCS campus to take one or more classes and are eligible to participate in CCS co-curricular activities (athletics, drama, clubs) based on the number of credits being taken. For every 5 credits taken, a student may participate in 1 co-curricular activity.
