The minimum qualifications for a substitute teacher are 30 hours of college credit, evidence of a genuine Christian commitment, evidence of professional teaching ability, and a desire and ability to work with children.

Cumberland Christian School is an independent Christian school in rural southern New Jersey. We have an enrollment of about 300 students in grades K3 – 12. Our school owns a 28-acre campus featuring modern 45,000 square feet of classroom buildings and a 16,000 square foot gymnasium.
Our goal is to offer a quality Christian education to all students.
Applicants must be qualified for the position and be strong in their Christian faith with a heart’s desire to be involved in ministry to youth.
